8-Day Great Migration Safari in Tanzania

- Upon arrival at the airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you may opt for a short city tour, including visits to local highlights such as the Cultural Heritage Art Gallery or a vibrant Maasai market. Arusha serves as the gateway to Tanzania’s renowned northern safari circuit, offering a lively blend of African culture and modern influences. - After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famously known as the “land of giants.” This hidden gem is renowned for its vast elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch near the Tarangire River, where animals gather to drink-especially during the dry season. Expect sightings of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of birdlife. Drinks: All drinks
- After breakfast, journey through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area, pausing at the crater viewpoint for breathtaking panoramic views. Continue to the legendary Serengeti National Park, arriving in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. - After breakfast, drive to the remote Northern Serengeti, a spectacular region especially famous for the Great Migration (seasonal). This area offers dramatic river crossings and abundant wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Drinks: All drinks
- Enjoy an early morning game drive in the Northern Serengeti, when wildlife is most active. Continue exploring this pristine wilderness before heading toward the central Serengeti. - Start your day with a sunrise game drive in the Serengeti plains, capturing unforgettable wildlife moments. After the game drive, journey out of the park toward Karatu, a charming town located near the Ngorongoro highlands. Enjoy a peaceful evening at your lodge. Drinks: All drinks
- After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater-one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalo, zebras, and, with luck, the rare black rhino. - After breakfast, travel to Materuni Village on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a guided hike to the beautiful Materuni Waterfalls, followed by a cultural coffee tour where you’ll learn traditional coffee-making techniques-from bean to cup.
